2026 WHOC Team GB Tryouts date is
Saturday 18th April 2026
Venue: Monster Dog Sports, CB10 2LP
Judges: Veronique De Boer (NL) and Lise Nijhof (NL)
Sunday 19th April 2026 – Our lovely judges will be running a training day following the tryouts event at the same venue with camping on site.
Full day of training with our lovely international trainers/judges. You will get a morning and an afternoon practical training session (2hours each), plus you can spectate on the other sessions that day. There will be a lunch break during the day as well. The training will be held in the outdoor arena where the tryouts are being held. You will need to bring food and toys like a normal training day. Come with an open mind and enjoy this rare opportunity to train with international trainers!

WHOC History
2024 saw the first ever World Hoopers Open Championship (WHOC).
2025 saw Team GB attend for the very first time! All of the team members had some great results!
Teams
Small team finished 5th in round 1, 3rd and taking the bronze medal in round 2 and overall combined they finished in 4th place!
Large team finished 9th in round 1, 4th in round 2 and the overall combined results they finished in 6th place!
