Thank you for your lovely email.  This was my first Hoopers Show and I would like to congratulate you all on how well it was run.  Everything was thought of to make the day really enjoyable.  It certainly was fun and you all made it fun and made everyone feel so welcome.  Although my dog is absolutely fine with other dogs I was really impressed on how you accommodated dogs that aren’t quite so friendly and to see everyone keeping their distance from each other whilst in the line was very impressive and certainly helped both handler and dog who definitely needed that extra space.
my husband and I stayed for the presentation at the end to see everyone receive their lovely rosettes and plaques and see everyone so happy.  We enjoyed helping to pack up too.  The lady who gave out the rosettes made us all laugh and it was a lovely ending to a lovely day.  So looking forward to the next show and we have already entered, thank you

Thank you all for bring a Hoopers Show to this area….. That was the quietest  and calmest he has ever been in a queue…..  The space made a big difference to him….   I was very pleased with him , and I am having a lot of mobility problems now so this is something we can do together.

Just wanted to write to say what a great day it was at Cannington!  We didn’t take home any ribbons but most importantly did come away feeling happy about the whole competition environment – no nerves because everyone was so friendly and kind, and made it fun.  I think the judges all did a great job too.  Having a reactive dog, I really, really appreciate your distance rule in the queue.  She did still get a bit anxious if a dog accidentally got a bit close, but she was much more relaxed and I was able to keep her busy without having to keep my eye on other dogs!  
Once again, huge thanks for a wonderful day.
